Warranty and return policies
KYJ Audiophile carry a warranty of 2 years under our Terms of use.
The warranty is as follows:
(1) You must contact us via email and provide the product(s) which is (or are) to be returned, and the reason for the return. You must await email notification before to ship.
(2) The product(s) must be in great condition upon return and are to arrive in the original packaging as originally packed.
(3) The products must be returned using a trackable shipping service and the confirmation number must be emailed.
(4) The return postage is responsability of the client.
(5) The products have to be inspected.
(6) After examination / analysis, a solution will be provide to remedy the situation in a positive way. Charges could occur at our discretion.
(7) Missing to conformity of any of these conditions will void warranty.

About shipping fee ?
Shipping to Canada and USA are covered by us. All accessories are shipped in bubble enveloppe and all cables in retail box with confirmation number and insurance. An extra fee could be required for distant locations and/or express shipping.

We are located in the great Montreal region, Province of Quebec, Canada.

For now, due to the vocation of making cables by hand in a artisan way, we currently have one reseller.
